1. Digital Products

All products sold by ExpertCoach.Co are digital and are deemed "used" after download or opening. As a result, we have a strict no-refund policy for any product purchased on our website. Please ensure you read all available information about a product before placing your order.

 

2. Non-Refundable Products

All Digital Products: Since the products available on ExpertCoach.co are digital goods, specifically ICF credentialing exam preparation question sets and related materials, they are not returnable after purchase and are thus non-refundable. Once the product is purchased and delivered electronically, the sale is completed. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our site.

3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We acknowledge that exceptional circumstances can occur with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

 

  • Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive a delivery e-mail due to issues with your e-mail provider or mail server, contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.

  • Download Issues: If you encounter issues while downloading the product, such as files not arriving intact, claims must be submitted to our support department within 3 days. If you do not contact us within this period, we will consider the product received and downloaded.

  • Major Defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. A major defect is defined as an issue that significantly impairs the use of the ICF credentialing exam preparation question sets for their intended purpose. Issues must be submitted for our technical support's approval. We have the discretion to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any alternative solution mutually agreed upon, a full refund will be issued to the customer without any additional compensation. Alternatively, a replacement product of the same or similar value can be offered at the customer's preference.

4. Requests for a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed above, contact us within the specified time limits with all necessary details about your purchase and the reason for the refund request. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and will not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those specified as compatible in the product description on the preview page.

5. Refund Processing

All refunds, if issued, will be processed in USD. For payments made through third-party processors (e.g. Stripe), refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
