We provide ICF credentialing exam preparation question sets ("Products") to help coaches succeed in their ICF credentialing exams. The Products are available for purchase on our website.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4.3 Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download the purchased Product. If you experience any issues with the download, please contact us at support@expertcoach.co.
4.4 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of ExpertCoach.co and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. - Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to mediation in Singapore before resorting to litigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@expertcoach.co. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services and any content associated with your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
